摘　　要：文章结合新馆建设的经验,论述了在新馆建设过程中关于文献资源布局和基础设施布局的基本理念,并指出了需要特别注意的两个方面的工作。Based on the experiences of university new library construction,this paper makes a preliminary study of the concept of the layout about information resources in academic library and infrastructure construction and two aspects of this work are suggested to be noticed.
