拮抗链霉菌F10的药敏性与生理生化特征研究

摘　　要：链霉菌F10对多种油茶病害有较好拮抗效果。为了开发利用菌株F10,研究了不同温度、不同NaCl含量和不同药剂对菌株F10的影响,并对其生化特征进行了研究。结果表明,菌株F10对新万生、扑菌特、速克净、退菌特、百菌清、多菌灵及链霉素较敏感,对可杀得、敌克松、青霉素和利福平不敏感;该菌在10-40℃能生长,以30℃生长最好;在NaCl含量为0-7%时能生长,以含量为1%时生长最好;该菌能利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、甘露醇、肌醇等多种糖、醇类物质,不利用环已醇和苯甲醇;氧化酶试验、淀粉水解、明胶液化、硝酸盐还原、石蕊牛奶试验为阳性;V-P试验、甲基红试验、产吲哚试验、产硫化氢试验、油脂水解及纤维素水解为阴性。Streptomyces F10 have better antagonistic activity against a variety of camellia diseases.In order to develop and utiliz strains F10,the effects of different temperatures,NaCl content and fungicides on strains F10 were observed.And its biochemical characteristics were investigated.The results showed that F10 strain was sensitive to manzat,thtophanate-methyl,sancozeb,tuzet,chlorothalonil,carbendazim and streptomycin,and it was not sensitive to cupper hydroxide,fenaminosulf,penicillin and rifampin.It could grow in 10-40 ℃ and grow best at 30 ℃.It could grow when NaCl content was 0-7% and its growth was the best when NaCl content was 1%.F10 strain could use so on many kinds of sugar and alcohols substances,such as glucose,sucrose,fructose,mannitol,inositol.It failed to use cyclohexanol and benzyl alcohol.It was positive for oxidation enzymes test,starch hydrolysis,gelatin liquefaction,nitrate reduction,litmus milk test and negative for V-P test,methyl red test,indole reaction,produce hydrogen sulphide test,oil and cellulose hydrolysis test.
