噻虫啉对杨树天牛成虫的毒力测定及林间防治

摘　　要：噻虫啉(天润)对粒肩天牛和橙斑白条天牛成虫均具有较强的毒力,稀释浓度在3 000倍液以下,对粒肩天牛成虫的校正死亡率达91.00%以上,对橙斑白条天牛成虫的校正死亡率达76.67%以上。应用噻虫啉(天润)林间喷雾防治时,以2 000-3 000倍液的防治效果较好;应用2%噻虫啉(天保)粉剂林间防治橙斑白条天牛成虫,以2 250 g.hm-2喷粉量的防治效果好。Thiacloprid has high toxicity to the adults of Apriona germeri and Batocera davidis.When the diluted concentration is below 3 000 times solution,the adjusted mortality of the A.germeri adults could be above 91%,and the adjusted mortality of the B.davidis adults could be above 76.67%.It indicates that 2 000-3 000 times solution has the best control efficiency when using the thiacloprid to forest spray prevention.When using 2% thiacloprid powder to control the adults of B.davidis,the spray dusting amount of 2 250 g·hm-2 could achieve well control efficiency.
