慢性肾功能衰竭行维持性血液透析患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)行维持性血液透析患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性,以寻求护理对策。方法调查92例CRF行维持性血液透析患者的社会支持情况,并与正常对照组进行比较,分析CRF行维持性血液透析患者生活质量与社会支持的相关性。结果 CRF行维持性血液透析患者的社会支持与正常对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);生活质量与其社会支持呈正相关(r=0.684,P<0.05)。结论 CRF行维持性血液透析患者得到比正常人高的社会支持,其生活质量与社会支持密切相关。护理过程中重视社会支持可改善护理效果,提高CRF行维持性血液透析患者的生活质量。【Objective】 To explore the correlation of life quality and social support in patients with chronic renal failure emodialysis and the patients＇ nursing care so as to find countermeasure of nursing care.【Methods】 The investigation was made on social support for ninety two patients with chronic renal failure emodialysis and the comparison was made with the control group,and the correlation was finally analyzed.【Results】 The positive correlation was found comparing with control group（P 0.05）;there was correlation between life quality of patients and social support（γ=0.684,P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The patients with chronic renal failure emodialysis get more social support than normal people do and there is close relationship between life quality of patients and social support.The effect of nursing care can be enhanced by paying much attention to social support.
