摘　　要：通过对浙江水文化面临的主要问题进行研究分析,提出了加强我省水文化研究体系建设、理念体系建设、制度体系建设.建设一支规模较大、素质较高的水文化工作者队伍,为水文化发展提供坚实的人才保障,并建议建立水文化宣传教育网络,实施"全省水文化教育推进工程."According to the research and analysis of the umin problem that face to undertake by Zhejiang water culture, the result pointed out that our water culture needs to be strengthened in the area of research construction system, the concept of eonstruetion system, and the regime system development. Construct a larger scale, higher quality water culture worker team, in order to provide solid security personnel for water culture development. Through the implementation of water culture propaganda and education network, eaiTy out the goal of ＂the promotion of province water culture education programme＂.
