摘 要:采用矩形流道连续流动实验装置,对W/O型乳化液施加矩形波高压/高频脉冲交流电,以分散相水颗粒体积平均粒径为主要技术指标,研究了电压幅值、脉宽比、脉冲频率等电场参数对不同含水率乳化液静电聚结特性及电源功率的影响。结果表明,电压幅值是影响聚结效果的主要因素,水颗粒粒径随电压的升高而增大;脉宽比对聚结效果和功率的影响较小;脉冲频率在低压时对水颗粒静电聚结和功率的影响较为明显,当频率为1000 Hz、电压为5000 V、脉宽比为40%时,水颗粒粒径能增大10倍。不同含水率下相应存在分散相水颗粒静电聚结的最佳电场条件。高压/高频电源可以增加分散相水颗粒的静电聚结效果和提高分离效率。Through the continuous-flow experiments by using a rectangular flow-channel and an adjustable rectangular-wave high-voltage/high-frequency AC generator, the effects of voltage amplitude, pulse width ratio, pulsed frequency on the electrostatic coalescing characteristics of the emulsions and the power consumption were studied with taking the volume mean diameter (VMD) of dispersed droplets as the major indicator. The results show that the voltage amplitude is the major factor affecting the coalescing process of the dispersed droplets, while the pulsed width ratio has only little effect on the coalescence and power consumption; besides, the VMD of the droplets increases with the increase of the voltage used. Under low voltage, pulsed frequency plays an important role in electrostatic coalescing of dispersed droplets and power consumption. Under the voltage of 5000 V, frequency of 1000 Hz and pulse width ratio of 40%, the VMD of droplets could be increased 10 fold. It was found that the rectangular-wave high-voltage/high-frequency pulsed AC power supply could obviously improve the electrostatic coalescing process and enhance the separation efficiency; and during the electrostatic coalescing process, every emulsion with different water contents has its own optimum electric field conditions.
