摘 要:选用薄层层析硅胶作为牺牲载体,以烟酸为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,合成了烟酸分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)。通过考察功能单体种类及用量、交联剂用量及硅胶用量确定了制备MIPs的最佳工艺条件,制备得到的MIPs吸附容量达到78.5μmol·g-1。以烟酰胺作为竞争底物考察MIPs的特异吸附性能,其分离因子达到2.76,分离因子比为2.14。重复耐用性实验表明,MIPs具有很好的耐用性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对聚合物微观形貌进行表征,并以Scatchard分析法对其结合性能进行了研究。结果表明,与用传统本体聚合法制备的MIPs相比,以牺牲硅胶法合成的MIPs具有更好的特异吸附性能。Taking silica gel as sacrificial carrier and using acrylarnide as the functional monomer, the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker, the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with specific performances of recognition and adsorption towards to nicotinic acid were prepared in the presence of template molecule of nicotinic acid. The optimum preparation conditions were confirmed by investigating different kinds of monomer used, as well as the dosages of monomer, cross-linker and silica gel. The binding capacity of MIPs prepared under the optimum conditions reaches 78.5 lamol-g-j. When the nicotinarnide was selected as the competitive material for the assessment of selectivity of MIPs, the separation factor of the prepared MIPs is about 2.76, and the separation factor ratio reaches 2.14. The prepared MIPs show good service durability, which is confirmed by repeated durability experiments. The microstructures of the prepared polymers were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Using the Scatchard analytical method and in comparison with the polymers synthesized with bulk polymerization method, the research on binding performances of the prepared polymers demonstrates stronger and better specific adsorption ability to nicotinic acid.
