摘  要:建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法,同时分离石韦药材中绿原酸、芒果苷和木犀草素,并测定其质量浓度.采用超声优化提取石韦的有效成分:Phenomenex Gemini 5μm C18(150×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-冰乙酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min;并用波长程序进行检测,柱温35℃,外标法定量.结果表明,绿原酸、芒果苷、木犀草素的线性范围分别为0.084-40.00,0.084-40.00,0.084-13.33μg/mL(R〉0.999),平均回收率为96.3%~97.8%,相对标准偏差小于2.16%.Objective: To separate and determinate chlorogenic acid,mangiferin and luteolin by a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method.Method: Ultrasonic extraction was used to extract the active ingredients of pyrrosia lingua.The column was Phenomenex Gemini 5 μm C18(150×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of MeOH-water(adjust to pH 3.0 with CH3COOH),and the velocity of flow was 0.8 mL/min,gradient elution.A wavelength program was performed,column temperature was 35 ℃.External standard was used.Results: The linearity range was 0.084~40.00,0.084~40.00,0.084~13.33 μg/mL(R0.999) respectively.The recoveries were 96.3%~97.8%,(RSD2.16%).Conclusion: This method was sensitive,accurate,rapid and reproducible.It could be applied to determine the quality of pyrrosia lingua.
