重庆市乡镇企业土地利用集约度评价——以九龙坡区白市驿镇海龙村为例

摘　　要：研究目的:构建乡镇企业土地集约利用评价模型,寻求缓解乡镇企业发展过程中建设用地指标紧张、土地过度利用等现实矛盾的途径,实现海龙村乡镇企业的健康可持续发展.研究方法:资料分析和数学模型法.研究结果:通过数据分析得出了该村乡镇企业经历了土地的低度利用、适度利用、集约利用和过度利用四个阶段;该村乡镇企业土地利用集约化程度较高,但存在过度利用的风险.研究结论:提出了有助于提高乡镇企业土地利用集约水平的三大措施,即内部调整优化措施、外部拓展优化措施和产业升级优化措施.The purpose of this research is to develop a evaluating model about intensive land use for Township Enterprises,and find the ways to alleviate contradictions such as lacking of construction land quota and land overusing.The methods of documentation and mathematical model are employed in this paper.The results indicate that it has experienced four stage in land use and the intensive level is becoming higher.Then it was concluded three measures about how to improve the intensive level of land use.
