农户土地流转行为影响因素分析——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：以重庆市为例,通过实地调查,应用主成分分析法,对农户土地流转行为影响因素进行实证分析,确定家庭收支、农村社会保障等是影响农户土地流转行为的重要因素,并据此提出了促进重庆市农村土地市场发展的对策建议.when the rural land market has a valid supply and effective demand at the same time,it can operate smoothly.But the survey shows that one of the reasons that transfer of rural land is still insufficient in China is farmers do not actively involve in rural land transfer.This paper is based on the investigation of Chongqing,through principal component analysis,an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents＇ willingness of farmland transfer is carried out and finds out that Family-Income and Expenditure,social security in rural area and so on are important factors affecting famers＇ land transfer behavior,and puts forward detailed recommendations to promote the development of Chongqing rural land market.
