摘 要:为研究不同灌水量对转基因抗虫棉的影响,在盆栽条件下,以华杂棉H318为试验材料,参照自然蒸发量,设置5个灌溉比例(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5),分别为100%,90%,80%,70%和60%,研究不同灌水量对棉花生长和环境条件的影响。结果表明:随灌水量增加,株高和茎粗增大,主茎和果枝节间变长,第一果枝着生高度上升。叶干重在棉株总干重中所占的比例随着灌水比例的增加而增大,果枝数和果节数也呈现相同的趋势。To improve water use efficiency,a potting experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of different irrigation quantity on cotton.With transgenic insect-resistance hybrid cultivars Huazamian H318 as materials,5 irrigation rates(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5) were established with reference to the natural evaporation.T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 is 100%,90%,80%,70% and 60%,respectively.The results indicated that with the increase of irrigation quantity,the stem diameter,plant height,internode length of the main stems and fruit branches and the 1st fruit branch height of cotton plant all increase.More leaf weight ratio,fruiting branches and fruit nodes appeared to result from the more irrigation quantity.
