带瓣牛颈静脉补片在法洛四联症手术中跨瓣环疏通右室流出道的中远期随访

摘　　要：目的比较采用带瓣牛颈静脉血管片与采用自体心包片重建右室流出道治疗法洛四联症后肺动脉瓣返流面积。方法将2005年至2007年间收治的126例法洛四联症患者随机分为两组:A组(66例)自体心包组,B组(60例)牛颈静脉组。分别于术后3年、5年复查超声心动图对两组患者肺动脉瓣返流面积进行对比观察。结果术后心功能分级较术前提高Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,两组患者肺动脉瓣返流面积比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用带瓣牛颈静脉血管片重建右室流出道治疗法洛四联症后肺动脉瓣返流面积较采用自体心包片中远期随访期间明显减少。Objective To compare the effects of autologous pericardial patch and bovine jugular vein valved patch on the pulmonary regurgitation areas after the right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction in patients of Tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Totally 126 patients with Tetralogy of Fallot in our department from 2005 to 2007 were randomly divided into two groups,A group（n=66） with autologous pericardial patch,B group（n=60） with bovine jugular vein valved patch.The pulmonary regurgitation areas of the patients in the two groups were measured by echocardiography and compared at 10 days,1 month and 3 months after operation respectively.Results The post-operation grade of cardiac function increased Ⅰ～Ⅱ level compared with pre-operation（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Application of bovine jugular vein valved patch in the right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction in patients of Tetralogy of Fallot rotational acetabular osteotomy follow up was obviously reduced.
