孟鲁司特联合转移因子治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价孟鲁司特钠联合转移因子治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将周口市川汇区妇幼保健院2008年10月—2011年3月收治的62例轻中度支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组口服孟鲁司特片5mg,每晚1次;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用转移因子口服液10ml/次,2次/d,两组均治疗6个月后评价疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.8%、83.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠与转移因子联合用药能较好地控制临床症状,不良反应轻微,使患者生活质量明显提高。Objective To evaluate the effect of montelukast sodium combined transfer factor in treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods Our hospital from October 2008 to March 2011 were treated 62 patients with mild to moderate asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 31 cases,the control group was treated with montelukast tablets 5 mg,every night 1;Treatment group were treated with transfer factor based on the oral 10mL / times,2 times / day,both groups were treated for 6 months and were evaluated. Results The treatment group and control group,the total effective rate was 96.8%,83.9%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Montelukast sodium combination therapy with transfer factor can better control the clinical symptoms,adverse reactions are mild,the patient quality of life improved significantly.
