摘  要:目的建立双黄连注射液(金银花、黄芩、连翘)的HPLC指纹图谱,用于该制剂质量的控制。方法运用WatersAlliance 2695高效液相色谱仪,采用Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温40℃,体积流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为350 nm。结果在14批双黄连注射液基础上建立了有14个特征峰的双黄连注射液的HPLC指纹图谱。其中10个成分为新绿原酸,绿原酸,隐绿原酸,异绿原酸B、A和C,咖啡酸,连翘酯苷A,黄芩苷和黄芩素。结论该方法稳定、准确、重现性好,同时提供的信息较多,可用于双黄连注射液的全面质量控制。AIM To explore a fingerprint method for quality control of Shuanghuanglian Injection (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, Scutellariae Radix, Forsythiae Fructus ). METHODS The samples were determined by Waters Alliance 2695 HPLC with Phenomenex Luna C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) , by gradient elution using acetonitrile -0.5% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at 40 ℃ column temperature,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm. RESULTS The fourteen common peaks were established based on the fourteen batches of Shuanghuanglian Injection, which of ten components were identified as neochlorogenic acid, chlrogenie acid, eyptochlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid B, A, and C, caffeic acid, forsythiaside, scutellarin, and seutellarein. CONCLUSION The mothod is stable, accurate and creditable, meanwhile it provides useful information for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Injection.
