高效液相色谱法同时测定枣仁安神胶囊中7种木脂素类成分

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定枣仁安神胶囊(酸枣仁、丹参、五味子等)中戈米辛H(1),五味子醇甲(2),五味子醇乙(3),戈米辛F(4),五味子酯甲(5),五味子甲素(6),五味子乙素(7)的方法。方法采用Brava BDS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm5,μm);柱温30℃;水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相,以0.8 mL/min体积流量梯度洗脱;检测波长为225 nm。结果在65 min内枣仁安神胶囊中7种有效成分被完全分离;峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好的线性;加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.50%9、9.95%、99.72%、99.78%、100.51%、99.93%和99.23%。RSD值分别为0.80%、0.57%、1.35%、0.73%、1.27%、0.26%和0.93%。结论本方法操作简便、可靠,重复性好,可作为枣仁安神胶囊中7种木脂素的定量测定方法。AIM To develop a method for determining gomisin H,schisandrol A,schisandrol B,gomisin F,schisantherin A,deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B in Zaoren Anshen Capsules（Ziziphi spinosae Semen,Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Schisandrae chinensis Fructus,etc.） by HPLC.METHODS The samples were separated on a Brava BDS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,by a gradient elution using water（A） and acetonitrile（B） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 225 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃.RESULTS The complete separation was obtained within 65 min for the seven compounds above.Seven regression equations showing linear relationships between peak area and content of each compound were obtained.The average recoveries（n=6） of the compounds listed above were 99.50%,99.95%,99.72%,99.78%,100.51%,99.93%,99.23% and RSDs were 0.80%,0.57%,1.35%,0.73%,1.27%,0.26%,0.93%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the determination of seven lignans in Zaoren Anshen Capsules.
