摘  要:采用亚硫酸铵作为吸收剂,对模拟烟气进行氨法烟气脱硫实验。考察了进口烟气温度、吸收液pH值、吸收液浓度、液气比对脱硫效率的影响,并对亚硫酸铵的氧化问题进行了研究。实验结果表明:进口烟气温度与脱硫效率成反比关系;吸收液pH值、吸收液浓度与脱硫效率成正比关系;吸收液pH值大于6.3、浓度大于1%时,氨逃逸随着二者的增大而增多;液气比(L/G)越大,脱硫效率越高;初始亚硫酸铵浓度越大、温度越低、氧化时间越短,(NH4)2SO3氧化率越小。Experiments of flue gas desulphurization were performed by using ammonium sulfite as adsorbent.The influence of affecting factors including inlet gas temperature,pH and concentration of absorption and ratio of liquid to gas volume on the efficiency of flue gas desulphurization was analyzed.Affecting factors of the oxidation of ammonium sulfite was also studied.The experimental results show that: Inlet gas temperature is inversely proportional with the efficiency of flue gas desulphurization;pH and concentration of absorption is proportional with the efficiency of flue gas desulphurization.When pH is higher than 6.3 and concentration is higher than 1%,the volatilization of ammonia increases with the increase of pH and concentration of absorption.And the efficiency of flue gas desulphurization is increased with the increasing of L/G.The oxidation rate of(NH4)2SO3 which is inversely proportional with initial concentration of ammonium sulfite is decreased with the decrease of temperature and oxidation time.
