摘 要:针对加油站油品蒸发损耗及降耗工艺应用问题,提出新的油库与加油站"分散式油气回收工艺",建立了其经济模型,推导出系统的计算公式,并就某城市加油站分散式油气回收系统进行了具体的经济评价计算。并将计算结果同传统的加油站油气回收系统的经济计算结果进行了比较,比较结果表明:分散式油气回收工艺较传统的加油站油气回收系统具有更好的经济效益。该工艺既实现了加油站油气蒸发损耗控制,减轻了加油站油气回收投资压力,又达到了油库油气回收规模效益,体现出明显的经济效益和社会、环境效益,为油库与加油站整体降耗工艺提出一个新思路。Aiming at the problems on evaporation losses and vapor recovery technology in a fuel station,a new decentralized vapor recovery process for gasoline depot and fuel station was put forward.In the same time its economic models were established,some systemic formula were deduced and the economic evaluation calculation to a certain city's decentralized vapor recovery process for gasoline depot and fuel station was carried out.The computed results were compared with those of the economic calculation of a traditional fuel station vapor recovery system.It was indicated by comparison that the decentralized vapor recovery process for gasoline depot and fuel station had more remarkable economic efficiency than the traditional fuel station vapor recovery system.The new process not only achieved the purpose of evaporation loss control at fuel station but also reduced the pressure of investment for vapor recovery equipments.What's more it achieved economies of scale in the gasoline depot vapor recovery.The new process had remarkable economic,social and environmental benefits.It was also proposed a new idea of vapor loss reduction for gasoline depot and fuel station.
