摘　　要：对湖南省石化产业发展提出强化组织领导和统筹服务机制、加大对重大项目的扶持力度、加快推进产业集聚和化工园区建设、选择性承接国内外产业转移等8项建议。To propose eight recommendations for Hunan petrochemical industry development, i.e. strengthen the organizational leadership and integrated service mechanism, increase efforts to support major projects; accelerate industrial agglomeration and construction of industrial zone; selectively undertake domestic and international industrial transfer projects etc.
