摘　　要：截至2009年底,我国网站数量已达320万,处于世界前列。网络已经改变了人们的生活、学习和工作方式。如何设计更具有美学特点的网站,已经成为网站设计者高度重视的课题。本文探讨了网络媒体平台上的版面设计艺术问题,将美的原则运用于版面设计的编排与构成,提出了基本的设计原则,包括对比、平衡、节奏、协调、乐趣五大原则。在这五大原则下又涵盖了网络媒体版面设计中的各种视觉构成要素(文字、颜色、排列、图像等)的分析,以便网络媒体更加高效快速地传递信息,满足浏览者的需求并且凸显其使用价值。By the end of 2009, our website has amounted to 3.2 million, which is a world leader . Network has changed people＇s life, study and work style. How to design a more aesthetic web site has become great importance to the issue, This Paper describes the problem about page design art of the application system on network media. It applies the principle of beauty to the arrangement and structure of the page design design and presents the basic designing principle which covers Contrast, Balance, rhythm, coordination and pleasure, So the network media will be more quick and efficient to transfer information, satisfy the visitor＇s demand and highlight the use value.
