摘  要:目的:探讨规范化健康教育对肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的影响。方法:将65例肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分为观察组35例和对照组30例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上开展规范化健康教育,分别对两组患者遵医行为、再出血发生率及生活质量方面进行评价。结果:观察组患者遵医行为及生活质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05),再出血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化并食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者给予规范化健康教育,可提高患者的遵医行为、生活质量,降低再出血的发生率。Objective : To investigate the impact of the standardized health education on the patients with liver cirrhosis asso-ciated with hemorrhage due to the rupture of esophageal and gastric variees. Methods: 65 patients with liver cirrhosis associated with hemorrhage due to the rupture of esophageal and gastric variees were randomly divided into an observation group ( n = 35 ) and a control group ( n = 30 ). The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally given standardized health education on the basis of the routine treatment and nursing care. The patient's compliance behavior, incidence of rebleeding and quality of life were respectively evaluated in both groups. Results : The scores of patients compliance behavior and quality of life were higher in the observation group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; rebleeding rate was lower in the observation group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The standard- ized health education applied to the patients with liver cirrhosis associated with hemorrhage due to the rupture of esophageal and gastric varices can improve their eompliance behavior and quality of life and reduce the incidence of rebleeding as well.
