社区护理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区护理干预在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:将240例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各120例,对照组按常规服用降糖药物,根据患者血糖调整用药剂量。干预组在对照组的基础上进行社区护理干预。结果:干预组在糖尿病认知、健康信念、健康行为方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组遵医率高于对照组(P<0.01),血糖控制情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区护理干预可提高老年糖尿病患者的生活质量和保健意识,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To investigate the application effect of community nursing intervention in the elderly patients with diabetes. Methods ： 240 elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group （ 120 patients for each group）. The hypoglycemic drugs were conventionally given to the patients and the dosage was adjusted according to the patient＇s blood glucose level in the control group. The community nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the intervention group based on the treatment in the control group. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the patient＇s cognition of the diseasc, health belief, health behavior, etc. between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ） ; the rate of abiding by medical orders was higher in the intervention group than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the difference in the comparison of blood glucose control was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The community nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes as well as their awareness of health care, it is worthy of being applied clinically.
