高产优质甘蓝型杂交油菜淮杂油7号的选育

摘　　要：淮杂油7号为甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育(CMS)杂交新组合,由不育系淮16A与恢复系R 26配制而成,2009年通过江苏省农作物品种审定。淮杂油7号综合性状好、品质优、熟期适中。在2006-2008年江苏省油菜新品种区域试验中,平均产量为3 318.45 kg/hm2,比对照秦油7号增产6.01%;在2008-2009年江苏省油菜新品种生产试验中,平均产量为2 680.50 kg/hm2,比对照秦油7号增产8.47%。该品种种子含油率41.39%,芥酸含量为0.23%,硫苷总量19.20μmol/g。Huaizayou No.7 is a new hybrid rape variety of cytoplasm male sterility（CMS）,which is crossed by sterile line Huai 16A and restorer line R26,and was certified by Jiangsu Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2009.This variety has better composite characters,good quality and medium maturity.Its average yield reached 3 318.45 kg/hm2 in regional rape tests in Jiangsu from 2006 to 2008,and it increased by 6.01%,compared with that of Qinyou No.7;and its average yield reached 2 680.50 kg/hm2 in rape production test in Jiangsu from 2008 to 2009,and it increased by 8.47%,compared with that of Qinyou No.7.Its oil content is 41.39% in seed,erucic acid content is 0.23% in oil,and glucosinolate content is 19.20 μmol/g in meal.
