摘 要:介绍了湖北新冶钢东钢厂区废水处理及回用工程的概况、设计参数、工艺特点、运行状况及经济分析。为满足反渗透进水要求,根据原水水质对化学除油器+砂滤的钢铁废水传统处理工艺进行改良和优化,采用了具有污泥回流功能的化学除油器混凝系统及具有微絮凝功能的两级砂滤系统。实践表明:各工序出水满足设计要求,系统运行稳定,工程的投产实现了变废为宝,有效地节约了水资源。与同类工程相比,本工程在投资、运行费用及占地面积等方面具有优势,在钢铁企业水系统回用及改造方面具有推广意义。The overview, design parameters, process characteristics, operating conditions and economic analysis of the wastewater treatment and recycling at the Eastern Plant of Hubei Xinye Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. are introduced. In order to meet the influent requirements of RO system, the water treatment process is improved and optimized, based on the traditional wastewater treatment process,including grease intercepter +sand filter. The chemical grease intercepter coagulating system which performs the function of sludge returning and the two-level sand-filter system which performs the function of micro-flocculation have been used. The results show that the quality of the effluent can meet the designed requirements, the systems are stable, the operation of the project reaches the goal "turning waste into treasure", and the saving of water resources is effective. Compared with similar projects, this project has superiority in investment, operating costs and site area needed. It is significant for the water systems in iron and steel works to recycle and transform their enterprises.
