摘　　要：鼓励社会资本举办非营利性医疗机构是当前我国医改一项重要举措。文章在分析和借鉴国外相关研究的基础上,应用非营利组织监管的理论和方法,结合我国实际,从理论上探讨并构建社会资本举办非营利性医疗机构的经济监管体系。Encouraging social capital to invest the non-profit hospital is an important action of medical reform recently.Based on the oversea related research and application of the theory and the method of non-profit organization supervision,the article theoretically discusses and constructs the economical supervision system of the non-profit hospitals conducted by social capital.
