摘　　要：利用文献回顾、专家咨询和层次分析等方法,构建了对社会资本举办的非营利性医院进行经济监管评价的指标体系,包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和18个三级指标,重点从财务状况、经济运营、收益处置三个方面评价其非营利性质,并对指标体系的应用条件进行了探讨。The article constructed an index system for economic supervision to non-profit hospitals launched by social capital using the methods involving Literature Review,Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process.The index system is consisted of 3 first level targets,9 second level targets,48 third level targets,which evaluated the non-profit characteristic from three aspects of finance,economic management and profit disposing manner.How to use this index system was also discussed at last.
