摘　　要：结合非营利组织监管理论和社会资本举办非营利性医疗机构的现状,从监管组织体系、信息平台、公正透明的监管模式、多方参与的全程监管体系、内部治理结构和法规制度建设等几个方面,提出了加强经济监管的对策建议。The article put forward some suggestions on economic supervision to non-profit medical institutions launched by social capital based on theory of non-profit organization and status of non-profit hospitals launched by social capital.These suggestions included supervision organizing system,platform for information discoursing,just and transparent supervision mode,multi-stakeholder supervision system,inner governance structures and establishment of laws and regulations,etc.
