公立医院股份制改革与非营利性的矛盾分析

摘　　要：结合当前医改背景分析了股份制与公立医院非营利性的特点与关系;针对二者的矛盾,从资产处理和投资效益角度进行探讨;得出了公立医院股份制和非营利性的矛盾不仅可以控制,实行股份制还可以坚持和强化公立医院的非营利的结论。Combining with the current medical background,characteristics of and relationship between stock system and public hospital non-profit are analyzed.From asset processing and investment benefit,the contradiction between them is discussed.It is con-cluded that public hospitals joint-stock system and non-profit contradictions can not only be controlled and share-holding system can also insist and strengthen public hospital non-profit conclusion.
