摘　　要：目的研究六月雪不同组分提取物的抗菌解热作用。方法制备六月雪不同组分提取物,采用平皿法进行体外抑菌实验,并进行体内抗菌实验。考察六月雪不同组分提取物对干酵母所致大鼠发热以及内毒素所致家兔发热的解热作用。结果六月雪提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、绿脓杆菌、肠炎球菌都有一定的抑制作用。水提取物各剂量组对绿脓杆菌所致的感染均可产生明显的对抗作用。六月雪水提取物对干酵母所致大鼠发热、内毒素所致家兔发热的解热作用最强。结论六月雪水提取物的抗菌解热活性最强。Objective To study on the effect of antisepsis and relieve fever of different components of Liuyuexue extractive. Methods Prepared the different components of Liuyuexue extractive, used the plate method in vitro antibacterial test, and in vivo antimicrobial tests. And studied antipyretic effect of different components of Liuyuexue extractive on dry yeast-induced fever and endotoxin-indueed fever in rabbits. Results The different extractive from Liuyuexue had a certain inhibiting effect on escherichia coil, staphylococcus aureus ,bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacterial enteritis. Each dose group of water extractive had a a certain inhibiting effect on infections caused by pseudomonas aeruginosa. And water extractive had a a certain inhibiting effect on dry yeast-induced fever and endotoxin-induced fever in rabbits. Conclusion The antibacterial activity of the water extractive from Liuyuexue is most powerful.
