摘　　要：目的为了解不同地区社区心理健康服务的特点,对武汉和深圳的社区心理健康服务机构进行调查。方法在武汉和深圳各抽取1个行政区的社区卫生服务中心,对从事心理健康服务工作的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果两地区社区心理健康服务的督导机构和工作模式各不相同;深圳某区本科以上学历者高于武汉某区,武汉某区较高职称者略高于深圳某区;两地人员在专业背景、从医年限也存在差异。但是两地都存在单纯从事心理健康服务人员很少、开展心理健康服务的时间和年限短、工作内容和形式比较单一。结论社区心理健康服务还需要加强专业化队伍建设;整合社会力量,开展心理健康服务技术指导;扩大心理健康服务内容;加强专业培训。Objective To investigate the community mental health services of Wuhan and Shenzhen in order to learn the characteristic of community mental health services in different regions.Methods One region of community health service center in Wuhan and Shenzhen were selected respectively,and the medical personnel engaged in the work were questionnaired.Results Supervisor organizations and working modes of community mental health service between two regions were not identical;those who had bachelor＇s degree or above were more in Shenzhen than those in Wuhan;those who had high professional title were more in Wuhan than those in Shenzhen.There were differences between two groups of persons in professional background and working period.But the medical personnel simply engaged in the work were seldom,the times of psychological health services were short,working content and form were single.Conclusion Community mental health services is need to strengthen the professional ranks,integrate social forces,develop mental health services technical guidance,expand mental health services content,and strengthen professional training.
