社会心理因素对青少年网络成瘾患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨青少年网络成瘾患者及其父母的个性特征、父母教养方式;进一步探寻网络成瘾形成的病理机制。方法采用病例对照研究对64名青少年网络成瘾患者和56名健康青少年学生进行艾森克人格问卷、父母教养方式问卷的测试。所有统计处理均采用社会科学统计分析软件包SPSS 11.5完成。结果艾森克人格问卷评定显示,研究组的精神质、神经质得分显著高于对照组得分（t=5.562,P〈0.01）,外向性因子得分低于对照组（t=-2.556,P〈0.05）;研究组母亲的神经质得分显著高于对照组（t=3.699,P〈0.01）。母亲的情感温暖理解得分低于对照组（t=-2.599,P〈0.05）,结论①青少年网络成瘾的发病有一定的人格基础;②青少年网络成瘾患者母亲的人格存在缺陷,对网络成瘾患者的个性影响较大。Objective To study the characters of personality,parents＇ personality,parental child-rearing style of the adolescence with internet addiction disorder（IAD）,to investigate the influencing factors of personality of adolescence with IAD for understanding its pathology mechanism.Methods ①Adapting control case study to test 64 IAD children and 56 health control children with Kimberly Young Internet Addiction Inventory.Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）,EMBU（Own Memories of Parental Rearing Experiences in childhood）.②Differences between the IAD and control groups were investigated with two-sample independent t-test.③All analyses were conducted using the SPSS statistical package（version 11.5）.Results In EMBU,the scores of parents＇ rejection,denial,punishment in IAD group were significantly higher than that of control group（t=5.562,P0.01）;the scores of mother＇s emotional warmth were lower than that of controls（t=-2.556,P0.05）.In EPQ,the scores on Psychoticism,Neuroticism of IAD patients were much higher than that of controls（t=3.699,P0.01）;the scores of mother＇s Neuroticism in IAD group were much higher than that of control group（t=-2.599,P0.05）.Conclusion ①The IAD patients have the special personality character.②The personality of mothers of IAD children is abnormal,which has more influence on IAD patients＇ personality characters.
