复方芎蝎胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方芎蝎胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:将偏头痛200例患者随机分为三组。治疗组(甲组)以复方芎蝎胶囊每次3 g,每日3次口服;对照组(乙组)以尼莫地平每次40mg,每日4次口服;两组患者都服用四周,观察对偏头痛患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组(甲组)临床治愈率82%。总有效率97%;对照组(乙组)临床治愈率60%,总有效率82%;两组总有效率、临床治愈率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方芎蝎胶囊是治疗偏头痛的有效药物。Objective： To observe the compound Gung scorpion capsule treatment of migraine treatment. The 200 patients with migraine were randomly divided into three groups. Treatment group （Group A） to compound Gung scorpion capsules each 3 g, 3 times a day orally ; the control group （Group B） to each of nimodipine 40mg, 4 times a day orally; two groups of patients were taking four weeks to observe clinical etticacy in patients with migraine. Results： The treatment group （Group A） clinical cure rate of 82%, with a total effective rate was 97% ; the control group （Group B） clinical cure rate of 60%, 82 % total efficiency; total effective rate, the clinical cure rate differences are statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Gung scorpion capsule is an effective drug for the treatment of migraine.
