摘  要:传统上,医生需要对见到的二维医学图像通过大脑想象还原出患者的三维结构,很大程度上依赖于医生的临床经验,缺乏直观性和准确性。对此,以可视化类库VTK为基础,在windows平台上以VS2008为开发工具,并赋予灵活的QT用户界面,研究开发了一套医学三维可视化分析系统。本文将讨论Marching Cubes和Ray-casting两种常见重建算法的实现与结果,该系统可以对重建模型进行虚拟剖切和多平面切片提取等多种操作,对诊断具有很大价值意义,客服了传统方法中的不确定因素。Traditionally, doctors need to reconstruct three-dimensional structure using two-dimensional medical images by means of imagination, which is largely depend on doctor's clinical experience, and therefore, lack intuition and accuracy. In this regard, based on the VTK visualization library and windows platform, giving the flexible QT user interface, we researched and developed the medical three-dimensional visualization and analysis system using VS2008. This article discussed the implementation and results of these two common reconstruction algorithms--Marching Cubes and Raycasting. The system can implement virtual slice and extract a variety of multi-plane operations, which is of great significance for diagnosis, and overcome the uncertainty of traditional methods.
