摘　　要：专业实习是一种重要的实践教学形式,对于完善学生知识结构、提高学生实践能力和培养学生创新意识都具有非常重要的作用。当前各高校财务管理专业实习面临实习基地建设薄弱、实践教学不成体系和实习形式单一等诸多问题。文章以中国石油大学(华东)财务管理专业学生的实习方案设计为例,探讨建立一种具有综合性、实战性、创新性的实践教学模式。Professional practice is an important form of practice teaching. It＇ s important tor students to enrich knowledge structure, improve practical ability and develop awareness of innovation. Currently professional practice of university＇s financial management major is facing many problems to be solved. For example, lack of practice base and systematization of practice teaching, shortage of practice methods. This article describes the China University of Petroleum＇ s practice teaching experience, and discusses the establishment of a comprehensive, practical and innovative practice teaching
