心电监护仪在心血管危重患者中监测血压的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过心电监测仪24小时监测心血管危重患者的血压变化,提供病情依据。方法:选择一例长期定时测量血压的心血管患者来分组,观察组采用心电监护仪调定监测的方法来监测血压,对照组护理人员遵医嘱定时采用血压计测量血压。结果:2组血压测定结果准确,但观察组血压明显稳定于对照组。结论:观察组使用心电监护仪定时测量心血管患者血压减少了外界影响,比对照组使用血压计测量结果稳定,且减少了因不良行为影响的血压数值。Objective： provide the basis through monitoring blood pressure of cardiovascular critical patients for 24 hours a day using ECG monitor.Method： group cardiovascular critical patients who need measure their blood pressure in the long term. Observation group are used ECG monitor to monitor their blood pressure. Control group are used turgoscope to measure their blood pressure following the doctor＇s advice. Results： blood pressure determination results of two groups are accurate, but the blood pressure record of observation group is more stable than the control group. Conclusion： the use of ECG monitor can reduce outside influence and decrease the blood pressure numerical value caused by bad behavior.
