摘　　要：目的:通过实施护士分层管理寻找合理护理人员管理方法,从而提高护理质量管理和临床护理服务。方法:根据职称将护士分为三级,按照级别制订培训计划并分配不同工作任务。结果:给临床提供了高质量的无菌物品和满意服务。Objective： find out the reasonable nurse management method through implementing layered management, so as to improve the management of nursing quality and clinical care services. Methods： according to the tide, nurses are divided into 3 levels, and implemented different training plans and distribute different tasks. Result： supply high-quality clinical sterile items and satisfactory services.
