摘　　要：目的：观察污染器械在预处理后再装载清洗机内清洗的效果观察.方法：将回收的污染器械进行分类、摆好.分别采用对照组（传统清洗）和实验组（先进行1：270的多酶清洗液中浸泡3-5分钟,捞起摆放至清洗机内进行清洗）,采用放大镜目测和杰力试纸法检测器械残留血渍,比较两组清洗消毒效果.结果：对照组180把器械,有5把器械检出强阳性,11把器械检出阳性.实验组180把器械,3把弱阳性.结论：污染器械进行预处理后,清洗效果较好.Objective：Observed in the pre-contaminated equipment to clean the washing machine after loading the effect of observation.
