耳压结合睑板腺按摩治疗干眼症80例临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察和评价耳压结合睑板腺按摩治疗干眼症的临床疗效.方法：干眼症80例随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例.1个月为一疗程,对照组行玻璃酸钠眼液点眼,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上用耳压结合睑板腺按摩治疗.治疗结束后总结实验结果.结果：治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为57.5%,二者相比具有显著统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：耳压结合睑板腺按摩可有效治疗干眼症.Objective：Observation and evaluatlon treatment of dry-eye synarome wlm ear point pressing ana tarsal massage. Methods：80 cases of dry-eye syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group（40 cases）and the control group（40 cases）. One month group for a period,the control group were treated by eye dropping, and the treatment group were treated with the combination of ear point pressing and tarsal massage on the base of the therapy of the control group. The results were summarized after the treatment. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, and total effective rate of the control group was 57.5%. The both compared, showed significant statistical difference（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ear point pressing and tarsal massage can efectively treat dry-eye syndrome.
