摘　　要：目的：探讨头皮式静脉留置针在临床应用方法及护理体会.方法：观察我科进行头皮式静脉留置针操作的住院患者180例,分析留置针的正确应用方法、日常护理及并发症的处理.结果：180例患者均穿刺成功,置管时间3-8天,平均置管时间5.4天,有12例出现静脉炎,16例出现管道堵塞,经对症处理后可缓解,无拔管患者,未见其它明显不良反应.结论：头皮式静脉留置针的临床应用,只要正确选择穿刺血管,合理选择静脉留置针,熟练的穿刺技术是静脉留置针成功应用的关键.Objective：Scalp type of intravenous catheter in the clinical application of methods and nursing. Methods： To observe our department for scalp vein. catheter-type operation in hospitalized patients 180 cases, analysis of the correct application of catheter method, the daily care and management of complications. Results： 180 patients were successful puncture, catheter time of 3 -- 8 days, the average catheter time of 5.4 days, 12 cases of phlebitis, 16 cases of pipe blockage, can be alleviated by symptomatic treatment, without extubation patients, no other significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Scalp type of intravenous catheter in clinical applications, as long as the correct choice of vascular puncture, a reasonable choice of intravenous catheter, Skilled intravenous catheter puncture technique is the key to successful application.
