腹膜前间隙无张力修补腹股沟疝154例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：对腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的手术疗效进行探讨。方法：对我院自2005年1月至2011年7月收治的采用国产善愈腹膜前补片进行腹膜前无张力腹股沟疝修补154例进行回顾性分析，总结手术的方法、关键步骤以及并发症。结果：全组手术顺利，手术平均时间为43分钟，急性尿潴留5例，阴囊肿胀4例，无感染切口、浆液肿、阴囊血肿及积液、深静脉血栓形成等并发症。术后平均住院时间为4．5天，随访2～79个月，复发1例，无排斥反应、长期慢性疼痛与明显异物感。结论：腹膜前无张力腹股沟疝修补手术，具有术后疼痛轻、恢复快、术后并发症少和复发率低的优点，并且是一种符合人体解剖结构和病理生理的手术方法，值得推广。Objective：To investigate operation effeet in preperitoneal tension-free repair of inguinal hernia. Methods：The clinical date of 154 eases preformed preperitoneal tension--free inguinal hernia repair used EasyProsthesis mesh from January 2005 to July 2011 in our hospital were retrospective analysis, Summary of the methods of operation, key steps and complications. Results：The operative time was 30 to 74 minutes,average time was 43 minutes, urinary retention in 5, scrotal swelling in 4. All eases did not appear complication including of incision infection, seroma, serotal haematoma and effusion, deep vein thrombosis, ete. Postoperative hospitalization for an average of 4.5 days, follow--up 2--79 months, recurrenee in 1 ,did not appeared rejection and the chronic pain and obvious foreign body sensation. Conclusion ： Advantage of preperitoneal tension--free repair of inguinal henia including of less postoperative pain, quicker recovery,less complications and recurrence rate is low. So it is good operation method which accords with human anatomy and pathophysiology,is worth popularizing.
