影响超净电缆料用LDPE性能的因素分析

摘　　要：用乙烯为反应单体、过氧化物为引发剂、丙烯(或丙醛、乙烷、丁烯-1)为调节剂制备超净电缆料用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),对生产过程中影响LDPE的介电性能、加工流变性能以及降低杂质含量等因素进行了分析,提出了改进措施,满足超净电缆料用LDPE的要求。LDPE for the super-clean cable materials was produced with the reaction monomer ethylene,initiator peroxide and regulator propylene（or propanal,ethane,butene-1）.The influencing factors of dielectrical property,processing rheological properties and fall of impurity of LDPE in production were analyzed.Some relevant improvement measures were proved.
