摘  要:基于圆柱杯拉深标准试验,设计了用于研究高强度钢板拉深性能的圆筒拉深试验方案,在70 kN和10 kN两种压边力工况下,分别对1.2 mm厚高强度钢板SPCN440W-NS进行拉深,并采用DYNAFORM软件对拉深过程进行有限元仿真。试验和仿真结果表明,试验高强度钢板减薄较为均匀,具有较好的深冲性能;压边力对高强度钢板拉深性能影响很大,高压边力工况下拉深制件表面质量较好,低压边力工况下拉深制件压料区域容易起皱;DYNAFORM软件对高压边力拉深工况仿真精度高于低压边力工况。Based on benchmark cylindrical cup deep drawing scheme,a cylinder deep drawing scheme was designed to study deep drawability of the high strength steel(HSS) sheet.HSS sheet SPCN440W-NS(1.2 mm) was drawn respectively under 70 kN and 10 kN blank holder force(BHF) conditions,and drawing process was simulated by DYNAFORM software.The test and simulation results showed that HSS sheet SPCN440W-NS had better deep drawability.BHF had great influence on deep drawability of the HSS sheet.Workpiece had better surface quality under 70 kN BHF condition,and was easily wrinkled in its flange region under 10 kN BHF condition.The simulation accuracy of the DYNAFORM software under 70 kN BHF condition was higher than 10 kN BHF condition.
