摘  要:针对复杂电磁环境中多种不确定性因素条件下雷达抗干扰性能评估问题,构建了基于D-S证据理论的性能评估模型。在综合考虑体系复杂性和指标可测性的基础上,建立了新的雷达抗干扰性能评估指标体系结构。采用一种基于证据理论的多指标融合方法进行雷达抗干扰性能评估。通过各指标实测数据隶属函数转化得到实验中评估指标的基本可信度分配,客观地反映了评估指标可靠程度与其测量参数之间的相互关系,避免了传统方法中评估指标基本可信度函数分配的主观性和局限性。然后利用D-S证据理论对评估指标信息进行评估融合。通过改进证据融合规则,有效降低了证据之间的冲突,提高了雷达抗干扰性能评估的可信度。实验结果证明了该评估方法的有效性和可行性。A radar ECCM capability evaluation model based on D-S evidence theory is established to analyze the uncertainty factors in complex electromagnetic environment.On the basis of considering the complexity and testing feasibility of index sets,the novel evaluation index sets are established.A multi-index evaluation method based on evidence fusion theory is proposed.The basic belief assignments(BBA) are gained using the membership function of radar evaluation indexes,which can reflect the relationship between the index trustiness and the measuring parameters,and then the subjectivity and the limit of BBA in the traditional method are avoid.The supposed fusion results are produced on the basis of evidence theory.The modified combination rule of evidences can not only improve the assessment results,but also reduce the conflict among evidences.Experimental result shows that evidence theory is a scientific efficient evaluation method,which is feasible and practical.
