摘　　要：本文讨论了影响企业技术创新能力的五项因素,包括学习导向、内部社会资本、组织文化、知识能量以及知识整合,之间的交互作用、中介作用和影响路径,并以华南地区的190家企业为样本运用结构方程模型进行了实证研究。结果表明,学习导向是内部社会资本与知识整合之间的部分中介变量,是内部社会资本与知识能量之间完全中介变量;知识能量是学习导向与知识整合之间的部分中介变量;知识整合分别是内部社会资本与技术创新、学习导向与技术创新、知识能量与技术创新之间的完全中介变量。技术创新的上述前置变量之间存在特定的影响路径和作用机理。According to the survey data from 190 companies operating in South China with a structural equation modeling analysis,the synergistic effects of internal social capital,organizational culture,learning orientation,knowledge energy,and knowledge integration on technical innovation are examined.A ＂CCLEII＂ model is developed to test the synergistic effects.The result shows that learning orientation is a partial mediator in the relation between internal social capital and knowledge integration,and a full mediator in the relation between internal social capital and knowledge energy.Knowledge energy is a partial mediator in the relation between learning orientation and knowledge integration.And knowledge integration is a full mediator in the relation between internal social capital and technical innovation,between learning orientation and technical innovation,and between knowledge energy and technical innovation.The research has implications for Chinese firms aiming at increasing their performance and technical innovation capability.
