摘 要:家蚕微粒子病检测技术是该病防治中的一项关键性技术,随着PCR技术的发展,使该项技术在家蚕微粒子病的检测中应用成为可能。综述了有关应用PCR技术检测家蚕微粒子病的研究,从模板核酸制备和引物设计等方面分析提高灵敏度和解决特异性问题的途径。提出蚕种生产单位承担母蛾的微粒子病检验,省级检验检疫机构承担蚕种(成品卵)的家蚕微粒子病的监督检验检疫,是PCR技术在蚕种生产质量检验中实用化的重要前提。An effective diagnosis technology is crucial to the study and control of silkworm pebrine disease.With the development of PCR technology,it is currently possible to apply this technology in detecting silkworm pebrine disease.This review is given on the researches and applications of PCR assay technology on pebrine disease diagnosis.We discussed potential approaches to improve sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis based on template DNA extraction and primer design etc.Furthermore,we proposed that silkworm egg production farms take the responsibility to diagnose pebrine disease among the mother moths and the provincial inspection and quarantine authorities assume the responsibility to supervise pebrine disease inspection and quarantine of silkworm egg products,both of which form the important prerequisite to apply such PCR assay technology in practical quality inspection of silkworm eggs production.
