摘 要:为满足高电位脉冲电流微小信号测量对抗干扰性能及保护人身安全方面的要求,设计了一套基于混合式光电电流互感器(HOCT)原理工作的宽带模拟光电检测系统。介绍了其工作原理和实测性能,并提出了改善系统频带的方法。该系统测量精度高,工作稳定,-3dB带宽为50kHz~22MHz,非线性度<0.5%,输出噪声峰值<1mV。测试结果表明该系统可用于复杂电磁环境下高电位脉冲电流信号的测量。In order to satisfy the requirements of measuring small pulse current signals in high-voltage environment, we designed a photoelectric detection model based on the conception of hybrid optical current transducer. The model has a reliable insulation capability and an excellent anti-interference capability. Moreover, we introduced its operating principle, properties and methods of improving the bandwidth. The model has high measuring accuracy with less than 0.5M degree of nonlinearity, -3dB bandwidth from 50kHz to 22MHz and good operating stability. These data show that the model can measure small pulse current signals in complicated electromagnetic environment.
