摘  要:在接种和未接种条件下,研究了一种菌剂YD-KF1对堆肥制作效果。结果发现,接种该菌剂加快堆肥升温速度、提高最高温度、延长高温维持时间;堆肥制作的升温期和高温期,接种菌剂分别促进了淀粉、可溶性糖和粗纤维等物质的降解,加快了堆肥的腐熟进程。采用PCR-DGGE方法,分析该菌剂对堆肥制作不同阶段微生物群落的影响,发现在堆肥制作升温期和未接种处理相比,接种菌剂的处理微生物群落发生了明显的变化。结果表明,该菌剂通过调整堆肥制作前期的微生物群落,加快堆肥进程,在堆肥制作中表现出良好应用前景。The paper studied how the agents work on the application and what effect they do to the microbial microbial community in composting process.Results showed that the inoculum can speed up the rate of temperature of composting,improve the highest temperature and extend the duration of high temperature.During different stages of composting,inoculum treatments can strengthen the degradation of easily decomposed material in heating period and refractory material in heat period,which brought about the process of composting in advance.Use of PCR-DGGE technology in analyzing the features of microbial community in composting indicated that when compared to non-vaccinated treatment,precomposting inoculums microbial community has a significant change,but after high temperature period,the change is not obvious,which indicated that the agents of the dosage may optimize microbial community in pre-composting and improve the composting temperature,in order to promote the degradation of biodegradable organic matter and improve the efficiency of composting.
