摘 要:氨法烟气脱硫工艺是一种资源回收型技术,符合国家节能减排、可持续发展政策,能够实现经济循环发展。通过建立烟气脱硫装置,参照脱硫工艺运行参数,采用氨水作为吸收剂,在降膜式湿壁塔中对氨法烟气脱硫过程进行实验研究。考察了吸收液进塔pH值、液气比、烟气流速、烟气进口SO2浓度、烟气温度对脱硫率的影响,并从理论上分析运行参数对脱硫率的影响。实验研究结果表明:吸收液进塔pH值、液气比增大,脱硫率提高;进口烟气浓度变高,烟气流速增大,脱硫率降低;在pH值大于6.0时,烟气温度对脱硫率影响不大;氨法脱硫工艺适用于高浓度烟气脱硫,脱硫过程温度宜控制在60~80℃。当吸收液进塔pH值大于6.3,液气比为2~3 L/m3,烟气流速为2.0~3.0 m/s时,脱硫率可达到90%以上。Experiments of flue gas desulphurization were investigated based on wet falling-film tower using ammonia as absorbent.Main influencing factors on the efficiency of FGD including pH value,liquid-gas ratio,velocity of flue gas,SO2 inlet concentration and inlet gas temperature were studied.Results showed that the desulphurization rate increased with increasing pH value and liquid-gas ratio,while with increasing velocity of flue gas and gas concentration,the desulphurization efficiency decreased.When pH value reached 6.0,temperature had no obvious influence on desulphurization rate.Based on the experimental results,ammonia desulphurization process is suitable for treatment of high concentration flue gas absorption and process temperature should be controlled between 60 ℃ to 80 ℃.The desulphurization efficiency would be up to 90% when pH value exceeded 6.3,liquid-gas ratio was 2~3 L/m3 and velocity of flue gas was 2.0~3.0 m/s.
