摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者生活质量的影响。方法运用自行设计的生活质量调查量表从疼痛,对日常生活和对睡眠的影响三方面了解经皮椎体成形术对患者生活质量的影响。结果经皮椎体成形术后,疾病导致骨质疏松患者的疼痛、对日常生活和睡眠的影响较术前明显减轻。结论经皮椎体成形术能有效减轻患者的疼痛感受,恢复患者日常生活能力和睡眠状态。Objective To evaluate the effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty on the quality of life of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods With self-designed questionnaire,this study survey the patients＇ quality of life before and after percutaneous vertebroplasty.The questionnaire mainly included three aspects,that is,pain,quality of sleep and daily activities.Results After percutaneous vertebroplasty,pain were significantly relieved,and the quality of sleep and daily activities were significantly improved.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can relieve the patient＇s pain,promote their daily activities and sleep qualities.
