摘　　要：目的探讨可吸收棒髓内固定治疗短管状骨骨折的手术疗效。方法 2005年5月～2010年6月应用可吸收棒髓内固定治疗33例(38处)短管状骨骨折,术后辅以石膏托外固定3～6周。结果 31例(36处)得到随访,时间6～27个月。骨折在术后3～6个月临床愈合,未发生严重并发症,关节活动良好。结论可吸收棒髓内固定用于短管状骨骨折治疗,手术简便,固定可靠,同时可以免去二次手术,是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To discuss the method and result of fixation of the fractures of short bones with intramedullary bioabsorbable implants.Methods From May 2005 to June 2010,33 cases with 38 fractures of short bones were fixed using intramedullary bioabsorbable implants,which was supplemented with plaster immobilization for 3～6 weeks.Results 31 cases（36 fractures） were followed up in a period of 6 to 27 months,and all the fractures were clinical healed in 3～6 months with no severe complications and good the joint activities.Conclusion The surgery of intramedullary bioabsorbable implants used for short bone fractures,which has been proved clinically simple and reliable,and can avoid the second operation,is an effective treatment.
