高频超声及CDFI在乳腺体检中的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的分析女性乳腺健康体检的超声声像图像表现,探讨高频超声及CDFI(彩色多普勒血流显像,以下简称CDFI)在女性乳腺健康体检中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2006年4月～2010年4月来我院行健康体检的2739例女性的常规乳腺高频彩色多普勒超声检查结果,分别记录乳腺超声检查发现的结节大小、分布和声像图表现等,同时分析CDFI成像下结节血流信号的有无、血流的分布和血流参数情况。结果共计筛查出乳腺结节794例(28.9%),疑似乳腺肿瘤10例,其中乳腺纤维腺瘤4例,乳腺小叶增生3例,乳腺炎性结节1例,浸润性导管癌1例,髓样癌1例,均经手术或病理结果证实。结论高频超声及CDFI检查是乳腺癌前疾病筛查的最佳手段。使用高频超声及CDFI进行乳腺疾病普查,并对疑似肿瘤病例行超声引导下的穿刺病理活检,对乳腺癌的早发现、早诊断、早治疗提供了的重要依据。Objective Analysis of healthy female breast ultrasonographic images of the performance,high frequency ultrasound and CDFI in the female breast physical examination in clinical value.Methods Retrospective analysis in April 2006～2010 in April to our hospital health examination of 2739 cases of female breast conventional high frequency color Doppler ultrasound to record whether the nodules,nodule size,echo and distribution,as well as understand the nodules CDFI blood flow.Results Check out the 794 cases of breast nodules（28.9%）,10 cases of suspected breast cancer by surgery and pathology,1 case of invasive ductal carcinoma,medullary carcinoma in 1 case,4 cases of fibroadenoma,breast hyperplasia,3 cases of inflammatory mass in 1 case.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound and CDFI before the disease of breast cancer screening examination is the best testing method.Using high frequency ultrasound and CDFI line breast diseases,and suspicious cases were done by positioning needle aspiration biopsy of breast cancer early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,early to provide a scientific basis for prevention.
